Prospero’s Books
Prospero’s is a popular stop for tourists and expats in Tbilisi. The ‘bricks and mortar’ bookshop is located in a quiet courtyard off of one of Tbilisi’s busiest and most well-known streets, Rustaveli Ave. There is a cafe next door, however, most of the patrons are adults looking for a quiet spot to read and the store itself is not particularly easy to navigate with children. However, Prospero’s has a solid selection of books for children, especially for independent readers (middle school-aged and teenagers) and often sells boxsets (which can be handy!).
